ava celebrated her first official spring break from school with a trip to arizona with grandma.

their trip started with easter weekend spent in tucson, where they were welcome with desert temperatures around 95F. nonetheless, they did some desert hiking, visited the desert museum and floated around in the pool.

next up was a trip to the grand canyon. they boarded the grand canyon railway in williams, arizona and arrived at the grand canyon in style.

last stop was sedona, arizona. ava had a great time splashing around in the (freezing) water at slide rock state park.
